Policies

For your safety and ours.

  • 50% deposit is required to book the service.

  • Balance is due at the conclusion of service.

  • Cancellations:

    • Cancellations up to 30 days before your service receive a full refund minus a 10% fee.

    • 50% of your deposit will be refunded if you cancel 2 - 30 days before your service.

    • Refunds are not given for cancellations within 2 days of your service.

  • Guests are responsible for specifying the appropriate drop off time for airport shuttle service or special events (e.g. sporting event, music or theater performance, reservation, etc.).

  • Tasting fees are the responsibility of the guests and are not included in the wine tour prices.

  • Wine tours that extend past the 5pm drop off time will incur additional fee of $125 per hour.

  • An 18% driver gratuity is added to the final bill. This gratuity is at the discretion of the client and may be adjusted or removed upon request.

  • All hourly billing is billed by the quarter hour.

  • Bridge tolls, highway tolls, and airport fees incurred during service will be added to the final bill.

  • No persons under 21 are permitted to consume alcohol inside the vehicle.

  • No smoking is allowed in the vehicle.

  • Vehicle damage and sanitation fees:

    • Smoking: $300

    • Sanitation/Biohazard Fee for passenger bodily waste in or on vehicle: $500-$1000

    • Excessive Cleaning Fee for spilled beverages, ground in food, broken glasses: $300

  • Client is responsible for any physical damage done to the interior or exterior of the vehicle as a result of their behavior.
